- Event participants agree that photography and video recording will take place within the event area.
- Professional recording devices are not allowed without written permission.
- Participants are expected to refrain from using non-professional devices to disturb other guests or artists and to respect their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- Organizers and venue authorities reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals they deem inappropriate in the event and backstage areas.
- Special attention will be paid to maintaining a balance between male and female attendees, as well as to demeanor, attire, and overall suitability; entry may be denied for these reasons at the discretion of the door staff. Their decision is final and applicable in all circumstances.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
- The organizer has the right to use photos and videos of participants in promotional materials, and by attending, participants agree to this use.
