* The organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual deemed unsuitable, with a full ticket refund provided. Refund notifications will be processed on the next business day.
* The organizer reserves the right to modify ticket prices.
* The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, and date.
* Event tickets must only be purchased through official sales channels designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove holders of tickets purchased through unauthorized channels from the event premises.
* Particular attention is paid to maintaining a balanced guest profile, including considerations such as gender balance, attitude, behavior, dress code, and overall suitability. Entry may be denied for these and similar reasons. Admission decisions are made solely at the discretion of the door staff. The door’s decision is final and binding under all circumstances.
* Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional recording equipment will not be permitted. Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not allowed inside the event area.
* It is prohibited to bring flammable, explosive (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.), combustible, sharp, piercing, or otherwise dangerous items, as well as laser pointers, into the event area.
* By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed, recorded, and included in live broadcasts as part of the event’s general media coverage, and acknowledge that the organizer may freely use such materials.
* Sound systems used during the event may cause temporary hearing discomfort.
* Lighting effects used during the event may cause temporary visual discomfort.
* By attending the event, all participants are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all event rules and regulations, and agree to comply with any instructions issued by the organizer. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue.
