• Entry to the venue is permitted only for guests holding a valid event ticket.
• The event is suitable for participants aged 12 and over. Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
• The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to the cast in cases deemed necessary, including but not limited to force majeure or health-related circumstances.
• High sound levels within the event area may cause temporary hearing discomfort.
• Lighting effects used during the event may cause temporary visual discomfort.
• All participants are required to keep their tickets with them throughout the event.
• Re-entry is not permitted. Participants who leave the venue will be required to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
• Event tickets must be purchased only through official sales channels designated by the Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to holders of tickets purchased through unauthorized sales channels.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to any person deemed unsuitable, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
• Food is not permitted inside the venue.
• Pets are not allowed in the venue, with the exception of guide dogs.
• Medication is not permitted inside the event area.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• It is prohibited to bring flammable, explosive (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.), combustible, sharp, piercing, or laser pointer devices into the venue.
• Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional audio and video recording equipment (including video cameras and professional cameras), selfie sticks, GoPro poles, and similar equipment will not be permitted.
• By attending the event, participants consent to the use of photographs and video recordings in which they may appear for promotional purposes by the venue and the Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to the event program and ticket prices.
