– Bringing food, beverages, sharp, piercing, or flammable objects into the venue is strictly prohibited.
– By attending the event, participants acknowledge and accept that photo and video recording will take place within the venue.
– Unless written permission is granted, professional recording equipment is not allowed inside the event area.
– Guests are expected to refrain from recording with non-professional devices in a manner that may disturb other attendees or performing artists, or violate personal privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
– The organizer and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to the event and backstage areas to individuals deemed unsuitable.
– Particular attention is paid to gender balance, attitude, conduct, dress code, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be refused for these or similar reasons at the sole discretion of the door staff. Door policy is final and binding under all circumstances.
– All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted.
– The rights to use photos and videos taken of attendees during the event for promotional purposes belong to the organizer. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of such materials.
