The event is suitable for participants aged 18 and over.
Audience members under 18 years old are not permitted to attend the event.
Guests are required to arrive at least 1 hour before the event start time and be ready at the venue entrance with their tickets.
Guests must adhere to the assigned seating arrangement, and remain in their designated seats throughout the event.
The seating plan is subject to change according to the regulations and official guidelines of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
No entry will be allowed after the event has started.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of discounted ticket purchases.

Student tickets are limited and valid only with a student ID. The student ID must be presented to staff on the day of the event.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
Food and beverages are not allowed inside the event area.
Cameras and photo equipment are not permitted inside the venue.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Those who fail to comply will be removed from the venue without warning and no ticket refund will be issued.
Due to possible congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by car are advised to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays at parking or valet service. Thank you for your understanding.
All attendees, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter the event area.
Zorlu PSM is not responsible for personal belongings not left in the cloakroom.
Suitcases and large backpacks are not allowed inside the event hall.
