Bringing food, beverages, sharp objects, piercing tools, or flammable devices into the event area is prohibited. If found, entry will be revoked without refund.
Event participants accept that photo & video recording will occur within the event area.
The organizer retains the right to use photographs/videos of attendees in promotional materials. Participation implies consent for this usage.
Professional recording equipment is prohibited without written permission.
Refrain from using non-professional devices to record in ways that disturb guests/performers or violate privacy. Flash photography is banned.
Organizers and venue staff reserve the right to deny entry to any person deemed unsuitable. Refunds will be issued if entry is cancelled under this condition.
Special attention is given to gender ratio, behavior, attitude, attire, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be denied for these or similar reasons. Refunds apply if entry is cancelled. Decisions rest solely with door staff, are final, and binding under all circumstances.
