Entry Information
A night not to be missed awaits you on Sunday evening, with a very special DJ lineup against the unique beauty of the Istanbul Bosphorus. Are you ready to raise your glasses and dance by the Bosphorus?
Promoter
- 1. Entry Requirements:
- All participants must be at least 18 years old. Valid ID is required.
- Tickets must be purchased in advance and presented for scanning at the entrance.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- 2. Boarding and Departure:
- Boarding time is 5:30 PM. Please arrive on time; the boat will depart promptly at 6:30 PM.
- Latecomers will not be allowed on board and no refunds will be given.
- 3. Behavior:
- Respectful behavior towards other guests and staff is mandatory. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
- Drugs, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Any use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal from the event.
- 4. Alcohol and Smoking:
- Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on the boat.
- Only drinks purchased on the boat are allowed; bringing outside beverages is prohibited.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
- 5. Safety:
- Please follow the instructions of the boat crew and event staff in accordance with safety regulations.
- Life jackets and safety equipment are available and easily accessible in case of emergency.
- Leaning on railings or engaging in dangerous behavior is prohibited.
- 6. Personal Belongings:
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Traveling light and avoiding bringing valuables is recommended.
- 7. Music and Entertainment:
- Live music and DJ performances will be offered throughout the event.
- Guests may enjoy the entertainment but must not interfere with performances or equipment.
- 8. Dress Code:
- Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. Wearing shoes is mandatory.
- 9. End of Event:
- The boat will return to the pier at midnight (12:00 AM). Please ensure you take all your personal belongings with you when disembarking.
- 10. Liability Disclaimer:
- By purchasing a ticket, guests agree not to hold the event organizers, boat crew, or any related parties responsible for any incidents that may occur during the event.
