AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION RULES

This agreement is made between the audience participant attending the filming of the “YAZ BİR ŞARKI” program at Vogue Hotel and the event organizers. By participating, the attendee accepts and undertakes to fully comply with the following rules and conditions.

Article 1 – Compliance with Filming Rules

The participant agrees to fully comply with all instructions given by the production team, director, and event staff throughout the filming process.

Article 2 – Seating Arrangement

The participant agrees to sit in the designated seating area assigned by the staff and not to change seats without official permission.

Article 3 – Silence

Silence must be maintained during filming. Participants are expected to avoid any behavior that may disrupt the filming process.

Article 4 – Leaving the Area Without Permission

The participant agrees not to leave the filming area before the completion of the shoot without obtaining permission from the organization team.

Article 5 – Tobacco Products and Beverages

The use of tobacco products and similar substances is strictly prohibited within the filming area.

Article 6 – Phones and Recording Prohibition

Mobile phones must remain on silent mode. Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings during filming is strictly prohibited.

Article 7 – Consent for Image and Audio Usage

The participant acknowledges and agrees in advance to sign the separate Image and Audio Usage Consent Form regarding the use of all image and audio recordings obtained during the filming of the “Write A Song” program for television broadcasts, digital platforms, social media, promotional activities, and advertising purposes.

Article 8 – Violation of Rules

Participants who fail to comply with these rules may be removed from the filming area by the organizers.
