1. Ticket and Entry

Entry to the event venue is permitted only with a valid ticket or QR code. Identification checks will be conducted at the entrance. Entry with counterfeit or invalid tickets is not allowed. 2. Single Entry Right

Each ticket can be used only once and grants a single entry.

3. Gate Opening Times

The gates will open at 17:00. The performance will begin at 21:00. Participants are advised to arrive early to avoid congestion.

4. Re-entry Policy

Re-entry to the event venue is not permitted once you have entered.

5. Identification Check

Identification checks will be conducted at the entrance. Participants must carry their identification with them. Individuals without identification will not be allowed to enter the concert area.

6. Age Limit

There is no age restriction for the event. All participants aged 6 and above must have a ticket. Participants under the age of 16 may enter the event only when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

7. Security Checks

All participants must pass through security screening at the entrance. Metal detectors, X-ray devices, and bag searches will be used.

8. Refusal of Entry

Security personnel reserve the right to deny entry to participants who may pose a risk to safety.

9. Prohibited Items

Weapons, sharp or piercing objects, explosives, and hazardous materials will not be allowed into the event area.

10. Fireworks and Flares

Fireworks, flares, signal flares, and similar pyrotechnic products are prohibited inside the event area.

11. Glass and Metal Containers

Glass bottles, metal cans, and similar breakable materials will not be allowed inside the event area.

12. Drone Usage

The use of drones or similar aerial devices is prohibited within the event area.

13. Professional Cameras and Equipment

Professional cameras, professional recording equipment, and large tripods are not permitted inside the event area.

14. Selfie Sticks and Large Tripods

For crowd safety reasons, the use of large tripods and selfie sticks is prohibited.

15. Large Banners and Flags

Banners, flags, or similar materials large enough to obstruct visibility will not be permitted in the event area. For accredited banners, permission must be obtained via [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).

16. Bag Policy

Large bags will not be allowed into the event area due to security reasons.

17. Food and Beverages

Bringing outside food and beverages into the event area is prohibited.

18. Parking

There is approximately 18,000 vehicle parking capacity around the stadium. Participants are advised to arrive early and use the parking areas corresponding to the section where they purchased their tickets. Parking is paid.

19. Illegal Substances

Bringing illegal substances into the event area is strictly prohibited.

20. VIP Areas

VIP, lounge, and special areas are sold exclusively through BUGECE ([www.bugece.co](http://www.bugece.co)). These areas may only be used by participants holding the relevant ticket category.

21. Field Area

Only participants with GOLDEN and SILVER ticket categories may enter the field area.

22. Backstage Area

Unauthorized access to backstage and technical areas is strictly prohibited.

23. Stage Safety

Climbing onto the stage without permission or crossing security barriers is prohibited.

24. Photo and Video Recording

Taking photos and videos with mobile phones is the responsibility of the participant.

25. Press Accreditation

26. Promotional Images

Photos and videos may be taken by the organizers during the event. Participants are deemed to have accepted that their images may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

27. Program Changes

28. Cancellation or Postponement

In cases of force majeure, the event may be postponed or canceled.

29. Medical Services

Medical teams and ambulances will be present at the event area.

30. First Aid Points

First aid stations will be available at designated points within the event area.

31. Emergency Procedures

In emergency situations, participants must follow the instructions of security and event staff.

32. Evacuation Plan

In case of an emergency evacuation, participants must follow the designated exit routes.

33. Crowd Safety

Participants must not violate security barriers or directional signage.

Designated access areas and pathways are available for participants with disabilities.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

36. Environmental Cleanliness

Participants are expected to respect the environment and dispose of their waste in designated areas.

37. Unauthorized Sales

Selling products inside the event area without the organizer’s permission is prohibited.

38. Unauthorized Promotion

Distribution of brochures or advertising without the organizer’s permission is prohibited.

39. Stadium Equipment

Legal action will be taken in cases of damage to stadium equipment.

40. Disturbing Behavior

Individuals who disturb other participants may be removed from the event area.

41. Fighting and Violence

Physical violence, fighting, or behavior that threatens safety is strictly prohibited.

42. Security Instructions

Participants must comply with the instructions of security personnel.

43. Lost Property

For lost items, participants may contact the designated information points set by the organizers.

44. Public Transportation Recommendation

Due to expected congestion, participants are advised to use public transportation and metro lines.

45. Weather Conditions

As the event will take place outdoors, participants are advised to prepare according to weather conditions.

46. Disclaimer of Liability

The organizer is not responsible for the loss or damage of participants’ personal belongings.

47. Organizer Authority

48. Obligation to Comply with Rules

All participants entering the event area are deemed to have accepted these rules.

49. Ticket Scalping Prohibition

Reselling event tickets through unofficial channels or at inflated prices (ticket scalping) is prohibited. Individuals engaging in such activities may be removed from the event area and reported to authorities if necessary. Tickets obtained through scalping may be deemed invalid by the organizer and entry may be denied.

50. Unauthorized Sales and Brokerage Prohibition

Selling products, advertising, promotions, or conducting commercial activities within or around the event area without the organizer’s permission is prohibited. Individuals involved in such activities may be removed from the event area and legal action may be taken.

Event tickets are available only through Yeistanbul (http://www.yeistanbul.com), TicketOfis (http://www.ticketofis.com), and BUGECE (http://www.bugece.co). Sales made outside these platforms are not officially recognized by the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased through unauthorized individuals or platforms.
