Rules
The GALLIARD PRIVÉ events are for members only.Before booking the events, make sure that your membership request is approved. The GALLIARD reserves the right not to approve membership applications.
Events are for participants aged 18 and over.
It is forbidden to bring food, drinks, sharp, piercing or flammable objects into the event area.
We cannot host our beloved little friends (pets) in the event area.
It is not allowed to enter the event area with beachwear, slippers, flip-flops, tracksuits or sports shorts.
Event participants accept that photos & videos will be taken in the event area.
The organizer has the right to use photos and videos of the participants in the promotional materials, and the participant accepts the use of this right by attending the event.
It is forbidden to bring professional video recording devices and take pictures without written permission.
It is expected that care will be taken not to take pictures with non-professional devices that will disturb other guests and the performing artists and violate the privacy of their private life. Flash shooting is strictly prohibited.
The organization and venue authorities have the right not to allow people they deem appropriate into the event area. Particular attention is paid to the balance between the number of women and men, attitude, style, clothing and general suitability issues, and entry may not be possible due to these and similar reasons. The decision on this is entirely at the discretion of the door. Our door's decision is final and valid in all circumstances. The participant accepts, declares and undertakes in advance that the conditions for entry are always determined exclusively by the Venue authorities and that The GALLIARD will not assume any responsibility in the event of not being allowed into the Venue.
Those who cause discomfort, behave in an unlawful and/or criminal manner during the event may be removed by the The GALLIARD authority or may not be allowed into the venue. In such a case, The GALLIARD is not responsible for any damages that the guest causing the discomfort may suffer.
An ID, reference number and/or mobile phone number may be provided or additional information may be requested during entry to the event area.
