Attendees between the ages of 12 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All attendees must hold a valid ticket.
Purchased tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Attendees under the age of 12 will not be admitted to the venue.
No food or beverages may be brought into the venue.
No pets are permitted in the venue.
No medication may be brought into the venue.
Event tickets must be purchased exclusively from official points of sale designated by the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to deny entry to any ticket holder whose ticket was not purchased from an official point of sale.
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme and ticket prices.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual deemed inappropriate, subject to a full refund of the ticket price.

Sound levels at the venue may cause temporary hearing sensitivity.
Lighting effects at the venue may cause temporary visual discomfort.
All attendees must keep their tickets on their person throughout the event.
Attendees who exit the venue will be required to purchase a new ticket for re-entry.

It is strictly prohibited to enter the venue with flammable, explosive or pressurised items (including deodorant, spray cans and perfume), sharp or piercing objects, and laser pointers.
Recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional audio and visual equipment including video cameras, cameras, selfie sticks and GoPro devices will not be permitted inside the venue.
The venue and organiser reserve the right to use photographs and video footage taken of attendees during the event in promotional materials. By attending the event, each participant accepts and consents to this right.
