Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Tickets not used on the specified date and time will be considered invalid. Ticket and service fees for unused tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Entry to the venue will not be permitted once the concert has started and the doors have closed. The organizer is not responsible for admitting guests who arrive late. All guests who purchase tickets are deemed to have accepted this condition.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the seating arrangement and venue layout when deemed necessary.
Bringing outside food, beverages, sharp objects, piercing instruments, or flammable substances into the venue is prohibited.
Photography and video recording will take place throughout the event.
Professional photography and video equipment will only be permitted with prior written authorization from the organizer.
Photographs and video recordings taken during the event may be used by the organizer for promotional and marketing purposes.
