1. Age Restriction
The festival is open to participants aged 18 and above. Attendees under 18 may enter only with their legal guardian. The organizer may request valid ID (passport, national ID, etc.) at entry. All participants must carry identification.
2. Early Entrance Tickets
“Entrance Before 6 PM” tickets are offered at a discounted price. If ticket holders arrive after 6:00 PM, they must pay the price difference between their purchased ticket and the door price to enter. Entry will not be granted without paying the difference.
3. Wristbands
Entry requires valid wristbands (single-day or full pass). Wristbands are personal and non-transferable. Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced. Once participants leave the venue, re-entry requires purchasing a new ticket.
4. Health & Medication
Only prescription medication is allowed. Over-the-counter drugs, including antidepressants, are not permitted. On-site medical staff and ambulances are available.
5. Epileptic Condition Advisory
Flashing lights and loud sounds may trigger epileptic seizures. Those with related conditions should consult their physician before attending. If symptoms like dizziness, blurred vision, twitching, or loss of consciousness occur, participation is not advised.
6. Prohibited Items
Outside food or drinks
Flammable, explosive, or combustible materials (deodorant, sprays, perfumes, etc.)
Sharp objects or weapons
Plastic bottles, cans
Open cigarette packs
Laser pointers
Selfie sticks or GoPro poles
7. Personal Belongings
The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Keep personal belongings secure at all times.
8. Behavior Policy
Disruptive or unsafe behavior will result in removal without refund, at the discretion of the organizer.
9. Security Checks
Detailed security and bag checks will be conducted. Refusal to comply will result in denied entry without refund.
10. Single Entry Policy
Re-entry is not permitted. Leaving the venue requires purchasing a new ticket for re-entry.
11. Ticket Policy
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
Only tickets purchased from official channels are valid.
Unauthorized resale or commercial use of tickets is prohibited.
12. Media Consent
By entering, participants consent to photography and video recording for promotional use by the organizer.
13. Festival Area Rules
No foldable chairs, tables, or umbrellas allowed.
No parking available at the venue.
Food and drinks will be sold inside; outside items are not allowed.
Sound and lighting may cause temporary hearing or vision discomfort.
14. Program Changes
The organizer reserves the right to change the schedule, lineup, or content without prior notice.
15. Weather & Liability
The event will be held regardless of weather conditions. Tickets are non-refundable. The organizer is not responsible for incidents outside the festival area (injuries, food poisoning, or legal matters).
