Promoter
- - The organizer and venue management reserve the right to search attendees and their belongings for security purposes. Anyone who refuses to undergo a security check may be denied entry to the event venue.
- - Outside food and beverages; sharp, piercing, flammable, or explosive items; weapons or objects that could be used as weapons; and any materials deemed dangerous by the organizer are prohibited inside the event venue.
- - Possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Anyone who fails to comply with this rule may be removed from the event venue and, where necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.
- - Violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, physical or verbal abuse, or any behavior that disturbs other attendees or performing artists will not be tolerated. The organizer and venue management reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in such behavior from the event venue.
- - The organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission to the event or backstage areas based on security, capacity, attendee behavior, the event atmosphere, and the venue’s general admission policies.
- - Our event values mutual respect, freedom, a safe-space approach, and respect for the atmosphere of techno culture. Attendees are expected to behave and communicate in a manner consistent with these principles. Final admission decisions are at the discretion of the door and security teams.
- - Professional photography and video recording may take place throughout the event. By entering the event venue, attendees acknowledge that video, photography, and audio recordings may be made during the event.
- - General venue, crowd, and atmosphere footage recorded during the event may be used by the organizer for event promotion, social media, archival purposes, and other communication materials.
- - Professional cameras, video cameras, and similar professional recording equipment are not permitted inside the event venue, and professional filming or photography is prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from the organizer.
- - When using phones or other non-professional devices, attendees must respect the privacy and personal space of other guests and performing artists. Any intrusive, unauthorized recording or recording that may violate another person’s privacy should be avoided.
- - Flash photography and video recording with flash are strictly prohibited during performances.
- - Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another event, except where required by applicable law or in cases such as cancellation of the event by the organizer.
- - The organizer is not responsible for any issues arising from tickets that are lost, stolen, copied, or shared with unauthorized persons. Only holders of valid, previously unused tickets are entitled to enter the event venue.
- - Re-entry after leaving the event venue is subject to the policies of the organizer and venue.
- - The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, performance times, stage setup, or event schedule when necessary.
- - Attendees must follow the instructions of the organizer, venue staff, and security team. In case of an emergency, all safety and evacuation instructions must be followed.
- - By entering the event venue, each attendee is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the event rules above.
