* The last entry time for ticket holders is 23:00. Entry will not be possible after this time. This rule has been set by law enforcement authorities and no exceptions will be made.
* No refunds will be issued for accommodation packages.
* Tickets must be purchased only from official sales channels designated by the organizer. Attendees with tickets obtained from unofficial sources may be denied entry.
* By entering the venue, participants agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event and that the organizer may use this content publicly across all media platforms.
* Attention is paid to gender balance, behavior, attitude, dress code, and overall suitability. Entry may be refused for these reasons. The decision is entirely at the door staff’s discretion and is final; no refunds will be issued in such cases.
* Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
* Pets are not permitted in the event area.
* Participants are fully responsible for their personal belongings inside the venue.
* Bringing flammable, explosive (such as deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.), ignitable, sharp, or piercing objects, as well as laser pointers, is strictly prohibited.
* Professional audio and video recording is not allowed during the event. Equipment such as video cameras, professional photo cameras, selfie sticks, GoPro mounts, etc. will not be permitted.
* The organizer owns the rights to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional materials. By attending, participants agree to this usage.
* The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
* High sound levels at the venue may cause temporary hearing issues.
* Lighting effects used during the event may cause temporary visual discomfort.
* All participants must keep their tickets with them throughout the event. Re-entry is not allowed once a participant leaves the venue.
