* Participants agree that photo and video recording will be carried out within the event area.
* Unless written permission is granted, bringing professional recording equipment and filming is prohibited.
* With non-professional devices, attendees are expected to avoid recording in a way that disturbs other guests or performing artists, or that violates privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
* The organization and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals they deem unsuitable for the event or backstage areas.
* Particular attention is given to balance between male and female attendees, as well as overall suitability in terms of attitude, behavior, dress code, and general appearance. Entry may be denied for these reasons, at the full discretion of door management. The decision at the door is final and valid under all circumstances.
* Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
* By attending the event, participants agree that photos and videos taken of them may be used in promotional materials by the organizer, and they grant consent for this usage.
* The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, line-up, and ticket prices.
