The event is for participants aged 18 and over.
Participants of all ages are subject to tickets.
Refunds, cancellations or changes cannot be made for the purchased tickets.
It is forbidden to bring food, drinks, cutting, piercing or flammable tools into the event area.
We cannot host our dear little friends (pets) in the event area.
Beachwear, slippers, flip-flops, sandals, sportswear, tracksuits are not allowed to enter the event area Decently.
Event participants agree that photo & video shooting will be done within the event area.
The right to use the photos and video footage of the participants in the promotional materials belongs to the organizer, and the participant agrees to use this right by participating in the event.
It is forbidden to insert professional image recording devices and shoot unless there is written permission.
It is expected that care should be taken not to shoot with non-professional devices that will disturb other guests and performing artists and violate the privacy of their private lives. It is strictly forbidden to shoot with flash.
The organization and venue authorities have the right not to admit people they do not deem appropriate to the event and backstage area. Special attention is paid to the balance in the number of men and women, attitude, style, clothing and general suitability issues, and entry may not be made for these and similar reasons. The decision of this is entirely at the door initiative. The decision of our door is final and valid in all circumstances. The Participant accepts, declares and undertakes in advance that the conditions of admission, including the events for which he purchased tickets, have always been determined exclusively by the Venue authorities and that The GALLIARD will not accept any responsibility in case of non-admission to the Venue.
If the right of entry is not granted as a result of stating that the ticket has been used previously during the entrance to the event area, The GALLIARD is not responsible for the damage that the ticket holder will suffer. The user shall be deemed to have accepted this rule at the time of ticket purchase.
Those who commit illegal and/or criminal behavior that causes discomfort during the event may be removed by The GALLIARD official or may not be taken to the venue. In such a case, The GALLIARD is not responsible for the damage caused by the ticket holder.
During the entrance to the event area, the presentation of the ID, the reference number and/or the mobile phone number may be requested or additional information may be requested.
