-Care should be taken not to record in a way that disturbs other guests or performing artists or that violates their privacy even with non professional devices flash photography is strictly prohibited
-The organizers and venue officials reserve the right to deny access to the event and backstage areas to individuals they deem inappropriate
-Particular attention is paid to gender balance attitude manner dress code and overall suitability entry may be denied based on these or similar reasons at the sole discretion of the door staff the decision of the door staff is final and binding under all circumstances
-Tickets purchased cannot be refunded canceled or exchanged
-By attending the event participants grant the organizer the right to use photos and videos taken at the event in promotional materials
