- It is prohibited to bring food, beverages, sharp objects, piercing objects, or flammable items into the event area.
- Event participants agree that photography and video recording will take place within the event area.
- Professional recording devices and filming are prohibited without written consent.
- It is expected that guests avoid filming with non-professional devices in a way that disturbs other attendees or artists, or invades their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- The organizers and venue authorities have the right to refuse entry to individuals they deem unsuitable for the event or backstage areas.
- Special attention is paid to maintaining a balance between male and female participants, as well as ensuring appropriate behavior, style, attire, and overall suitability. For these or similar reasons, entry may be denied. This decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff. The door staff's decision is final and applies in all circumstances.
- Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged.
- The organizer holds the right to use photos and videos of attendees for promotional materials, and by attending the event, participants consent to this use.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, lineup, and ticket prices.
