-The organizer and venue management reserve the right to grant or deny entry based on operational considerations such as event organization, venue capacity, safety, and overall event conditions.
-The organizer and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to the event or backstage areas to any individual they deem unsuitable.
-Particular attention is given to behavior, attitude, dress code, and overall suitability. Entry may be refused for these or similar reasons. The final decision regarding admission is at the discretion of the door management and remains valid under all circumstances.
-Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
-The organizer reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings of attendees for promotional and marketing purposes, and attendance implies consent to such use.
-Cloakroom service is mandatory. The security of personal belongings remains the responsibility of the attendee; the organizer accepts no liability for lost or damaged items. Please inform the staff regarding lost or found items.
-The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, line-up, and ticket prices if necessary.
