Modundayız Sunar: Bubble Tea And Cigarettes

New York-based dream pop / slowcore duo Bubble Tea and Cigarettes will make their Türkiye debut on October 27 at Blind. Formed through the combination of Kat’s fragile vocals and Andi’s cinematic production style, the duo has become one of the most compelling independent acts of recent years. Blending melancholy, nostalgia, and emotional intensity into a singular sound, their music drifts through dreamlike atmospheres while drawing listeners into a deeply personal and hypnotic world. Since their debut in 2019, Bubble Tea and Cigarettes have built a loyal and rapidly growing global fanbase. Their first album, There’s Nothing But Pleasure, offered an emotional refuge, while their second album, We Should’ve Killed Each Other, explored themes of loneliness, love, and modern alienation from a darker perspective. Having gained recognition through their concerts and festival appearances—particularly across Asia—the duo is now preparing to meet Istanbul audiences for the very first time.
