-Doors open at 20:30, the event starts at 21:30.
-The event is suitable for attendees aged 18 and over. Guests under 18 are not permitted.
-Guests are required to be at the entrance with their tickets at least 1 hour before the event start time.
-Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to discounted ticket conditions.
-Guests who wish to dine at Cheers Restaurant before the event are kindly advised to make a reservation by calling +90 212 912 37 76 to avoid any issues with table availability.
-You may also receive service without a reservation at Focamia, Ppang, Rancero, and The Grungy in the Bites & Beats area.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Those who do not comply will be removed from the venue without warning, and no refunds will be issued.
-Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and schedule.
-Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
-Event wristbands must be worn at all times. Do not remove your wristband under any circumstances during the event, and do not lose your ticket.
-A ticket, together with the wristband provided at entry, grants the holder access to the event area during the hours specified by the organizer. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband for any reason, will result in loss of entry rights. Zorlu PSM and the organizer are not responsible for lost tickets or wristbands.
-During the event, lighting effects and visuals that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy will be used.
-Bringing food and beverages into the venue is prohibited.
-Bringing cameras and photography equipment into the venue is not allowed.
-Depending on the nature of the event, silence may be required and phones should be turned off or set to silent mode.
-Everyone entering the event area must have a ticket, regardless of age.
-Items not left at the cloakroom are the responsibility of their owner.
-Entry to the event hall with suitcases or large backpacks is not permitted.
-Due to possible congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by car are advised to arrive at least 1 hour early to avoid delays at parking or valet services. Thank you for your understanding.
