• Admission is strictly limited to guests aged 18 and over. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon entry.
• Entry to the event is permitted only with a valid ticket.
• Your wristband serves as your proof of admission and must be worn visibly throughout the event. Lost, removed, or damaged wristbands will be considered invalid.
• Entry will not be permitted after the designated last admission time set by the organizer.
• Re-entry after leaving the venue is subject to the event's admission policy and the organizer's discretion.
• All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred to another date.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, performance times, artist lineup, or event flow due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
• Professional cameras, video recording equipment, drones, tripods, selfie sticks, and similar devices may only be used with prior authorization from the organizer.
• Weapons, sharp objects, flammable or explosive materials, and any items that may pose a safety risk are strictly prohibited.
• The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal from the venue and, where applicable, notification of the relevant authorities.
• A standard event ticket does not include a reserved table, VIP table, lounge, or guaranteed seating.
• Guests are expected to respect fellow attendees at all times. Violence, harassment, threatening behavior, discrimination, or any conduct that disrupts the event may result in immediate removal from the venue.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed to compromise the safety, security, or overall experience of the event.
• Photography and video recording will take place throughout the event. By entering the venue, all attendees grant permission for their image and likeness to be captured and used by the organizer for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes without further notice.
