- The event venue will open to visitors at 16:00.
- The event is 18+. Guests under the age of 18 may only attend if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, artist lineup, content, schedule, seating arrangement, and ticket prices.
- The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any individual deemed to pose a risk to security, public order, or the overall event experience, with a full ticket refund where applicable.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organizer.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, driver's license, or passport) must be presented upon entry.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to guests who fail to provide valid identification.
- All food and beverage purchases at the venue will be processed exclusively through the Fely application.
- By entering the event, attendees acknowledge and accept that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event and may be used by the organizer for promotional, advertising, marketing, corporate communication, digital, print, and social media purposes without limitation in time or location.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Food, cocktails, selected workshops, and other paid experience areas are not included in the ticket price unless otherwise stated.
- Pets are welcome provided they remain on a leash and, where necessary, wear a muzzle. Owners are fully responsible for their pets throughout the event. Restricted breeds and large-breed dogs will not be permitted for safety reasons.
- All attendees are subject to bag checks and security screening upon entry. Guests refusing security procedures will not be admitted.
- Professional cameras, video cameras, audio recording devices, drones, selfie sticks, and any other professional recording equipment deemed unsuitable by the organizer are prohibited.
- Re-entry is not permitted once an attendee leaves the event venue.
- The event will operate in a semi-seated format until 20:00, after which it will transition to a standing event format.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, postpone, or cancel the event due to adverse weather conditions, force majeure, official authority decisions, or security concerns.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior endangers their own safety or the comfort and safety of other guests.
- Sharp objects, flammable materials, hazardous items, or any objects considered a security risk are strictly prohibited.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend these Event Terms & Conditions at any time. By purchasing a ticket and entering the event venue, all attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
