• The event is strictly for participants aged 18 and over.
• Doors will open at 16:00.
• It is prohibited to bring food, beverages, sharp objects, piercing objects, or flammable materials into the event area.
• Event attendees acknowledge and accept that photo and video recording will take place throughout the event area.
• Unless written permission is granted, bringing professional recording equipment into the venue and conducting professional filming is strictly prohibited.
• Guests using non-professional devices are expected not to disturb other attendees or performing artists, and to respect the privacy of individuals while recording.
• Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
• Please be mindful of your surroundings and avoid disturbing others while enjoying the event.
• The organizers and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry to the event and backstage areas to any person deemed unsuitable.
• Purchased tickets may not be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes other than personal use, including but not limited to advertising, contests, giveaways, or promotional activities, unless explicitly authorized in writing. Tickets used for such purposes will be cancelled and legal action may be taken.
• In accordance with organizer policies, ticket refunds are only possible if security personnel at the entrance determine that the guest is not suitable for admission to the event.
• No refunds will be issued outside of these circumstances.
• BUGECE acts solely as a digital platform facilitating ticket sales. All event rules and admission requirements are determined by the organizer and/or venue.
• All refund terms and conditions are included in the agreement approved during ticket purchase. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all refund policies and conditions.
• Ticket refund procedures are handled exclusively by entrance staff on the day of the event. Refund requests may be denied if the information provided to entrance staff is insufficient.

• Event staff and security teams are authorized and required to remove wristbands from guests exiting the event area.
• This event will be monitored and recorded through a closed-circuit camera system (CCTV). By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept this condition. All attendees are subject to security screening upon entry. Security personnel may conduct bag checks when deemed necessary.
• The use of drones or similar aerial devices within the event area is strictly prohibited.
• For safety and visibility reasons, selfie sticks and large tripods are not permitted.
• Large bags may not be allowed into the venue due to security reasons.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program due to weather conditions, security concerns, or technical reasons.
• Medical teams and first aid personnel will be present at the venue throughout the event.
• In emergency situations, all attendees must follow the instructions of security and event staff.
• The organizer reserves the right to prohibit unauthorized sales, promotions, or advertising activities within the venue.
• Ticket scalping and ticket sales outside of the organization’s official sales channels are strictly prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to invalidate tickets obtained through unauthorized channels.
• As the event will partially take place outdoors, attendees are advised to prepare according to weather conditions.
• The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Event tickets are available exclusively via www.bugece.co The organization is not responsible for tickets purchased through third-party platforms or individuals.
• Reselling tickets at inflated prices or through unauthorized channels is strictly prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to invalidate such tickets and deny entry to holders of these tickets.
