Iteko Founder of Motion, an event series that has been home to some of the most notable artists of our current era, Iteko has been wreaking havoc across dance floors in NYC for years… Iteko recalls the genre’s explosive early years, with a raw and refined energetic selection of '90s heavy hitters… exploring the intersection of techno, trance, acid, dub, electro, and everything in between. Mertkan Akd Mertkan Akd, who had the opportunity to meet music enthusiasts from different cultures while living in England, immersed himself in Istanbul's music scene in 2015. He shared the stage with important names such as Ame, Akufen, Artbat, Dada Disco, dOP, HVOB, Ivan Smagghe, Matias Aguayo, NTO, Simple Symmetry, Trikk, Tornado Wallace, and Woo York in the city's exclusive venues. Mertkan Akd, who mostly blends disco, indie, house, and minimal genres in his sets, was the music director of Minimüzikhol, Istanbul's underground club, for 2 years and participated in various organizations. Now, he is working with the city's favorite venue, Klein Phonix, on new projects.
