Rules

- The event is suitable for participants aged 18 and above.

- Since food and beverages are sold within Zorlu PSM venues, bringing outside food or drinks into the event area is prohibited.

- Bringing cameras or photo equipment into the event venue is prohibited.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas at Zorlu PSM. Those who do not comply with this rule will be removed from the event area without warning, and no ticket refunds will be provided.

- Everyone entering the event area must have a valid ticket, regardless of age.

- The responsibility for items not left at the cloakroom belongs to their owner.

- Large suitcases and backpacks are not allowed inside the event hall.

- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.

- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event area and schedule.

- Student tickets are limited in capacity and are valid with a student ID. The student ID must be shown to the staff on the day of the event.

- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.

- The event may feature light effects and visuals that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy.

- Event wristbands must always be worn on the wrist. Do not remove your wristband during the event. Do not lose your ticket.

- A ticket grants access to the event area during the hours determined by the organizer, along with the wristband attached at the ticketing point. Losing the ticket and/or wristband, or removing the wristband from the wrist, will result in the loss of entry rights. Zorlu PSM or the organizer is not responsible for lost tickets and/or wristbands.

- Due to potential crowding at Zorlu Center before the event, it is recommended that guests arriving by car enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event start time to avoid delays at the parking and valet services. Thank you for your understanding.

- During the event, please keep your phones away from the light and laser effects used in the show.
