- It is prohibited to bring food, drinks, sharp, piercing, or flammable items into the event area.
- Event participants acknowledge that photography and video recording will take place within the event area.
- Professional recording devices are prohibited without written permission, and filming is not allowed.
- Participants are expected to refrain from filming with non-professional devices in a way that disturbs other guests or performers and violates their privacy.
- Flagging filming is strictly prohibited.
- The organizers and venue authorities reserve the right to deny access to individuals they deem inappropriate for the event or backstage areas.
- Special attention is paid to the balance between male and female participants, as well as behavior, attitude, attire, and general appropriateness. For these or similar reasons, entry may be denied. The final decision lies entirely with the door staff. Their decision is final and applies in all cases.
- Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled.
- The rights to use photos and videos taken of participants at the event for promotional materials belong to the organizer. By attending the event, participants accept this right to be used.
