- The event has an age limit of 18.
- Participants are required to carry their identification with them and present it when requested.
- The event will take place in all weather conditions. It is recommended to be prepared for any
weather condition. Ticket refunds will not be issued.
- Please remember to have your online ticket ready at the event entrance and to enter the appropriate
ticket checkpoint for your ticket. We recommend arriving early to avoid congestion.
- Event wristbands should not be removed throughout the duration of the event.
- Participants who exit the venue will need to purchase a new ticket if they wish to re-enter.

- Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
- The organizer and venue authorities reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals they deem
unsuitable, with a refund of the ticket price. Refund notifications will be made on the first working day
following the event.
- The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, venue, and date.
- Lost tickets will not be replaced.
- Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Event tickets must be purchased only from official sales points designated by the organizer. The
organizer reserves the right to remove individuals from the event area who have tickets not purchased
from official sales points.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the event area.
- Registration during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional recording devices will not be allowed
into the venue. Entry with selfie sticks and GoPro poles is not permitted.
- It is prohibited to bring flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), incendiary,
cutting, piercing, and laser pointer devices into the event area.
- There is no cloakroom facility available at the event venue.
- Large bags and backpacks are prohibited from entering the event for security reasons.
- By participating, individuals consent to their image being recorded, including in general views,
recordings, and live broadcasts during the event, and acknowledge that the relevant organizer has the
right to freely use these recordings.
- Sound systems at the event venue may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Lighting systems at the event venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Each individual attending the event is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with
all the provisions of the special rules set forth by the organization; otherwise, they accept to be
removed from the venue.
